Due to COVID-19, we’re having to operate a little differently to ensure we can deliver to each and everyone of our customers. Some of our new Gift Boxes for Christmas will be sold on a first come- first serve basis and will be pre-order only.
Terms of pre-ordering with Hive Originals: Payment will be taken up front as per usual to secure your order. Just fill your basket and checkout as per normal.
Your order will NOT be posted until ALL of your products are ready for dispatch (includes pre-order AND normal stock items). Therefore we will be sending you ONE parcel with all your products in. This reduces multiple parcels going to the same household at different times which will be difficult for us to manage effectively. The caveat to that is parcels over 2kg in weight will be sent separately due to cost.
